Shipping Policy
Overview
All orders are dispatched by our courier partners and are usually dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving payment unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout depending in the size/weight of your order. All orders over £30 are eligible for free UK mainland delivery - this will be automatically be applied at checkout Our online dispatch team works to dispatch your orders Mon - Fri (excluding bank holidays) any orders placed outside of the working hours will be fulfilled on their first day back.
Shipping
Nu'vanae by Nicole are not responsible for any delays once orders have been dispatched via our currier partners. We can only advise customers on timescales given by the courier Servers. If you wish to return an unwanted item you will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item arrived damaged.
