Return & Refund Policy
Overview
At Nu'vanae by Nicole, every product is lovingly handcrafted to bring a beautiful fragrance experience into your home. We hope you adore every item you choose from us, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy, we’d love to hear from you. Simply email us at contact@nuvanaebynicole.co.uk . Our 14-day return policy gives you 14 days from the date your order arrives to request and send back your item—because your satisfaction truly matters to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition you received them—unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To begin a return, please contact us first at contact@nuvanaebynicole.co.uk . Once your return is approved, our customer service team will provide the return address, and you’ll need to arrange postage. Please note that items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted. To complete your return, please include a receipt or proof of purchase along with your order number in your initial email to contact@nuvanaebynicole.co.uk . Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us Items returned after the 14-day return period Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items. Damages & Issues
All orders are packed by hand with love and care by one of our in-house fragrance team and posted out via courier partners. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any of your items are defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it for you as soon as possible. If you have any issues, please email us as soon as possible at contact@nuvanaebynicole.co.uk with your order number, receipt, and any photos where we can assist you on the matter.
Exchanges
If you have ordered the wrong fragrance or products and wish to exchange it for the correct one, the fastest way to do this is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you wish to exchange any item, please contact us as soon as possible contact@nuvanaebynicole.co.uk Exchanges follow the same 14-day policy as returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
