Return & Refund Policy
Overview
We create each one of our products by hand to guarantee it delivers a wonderful fragrance experience for you in your home. Nu'vanae by Nicole we want you to love each product you purchase from us however, if you are not happy with your products, please do get in touch via email contact@nuvanaebynicole.co.uk We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and post a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with product in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at contact@nuvanaebynicole.co.uk first. If your return is accepted, you will have to arrange return postage to the address provided via email from our customer service team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will unfortunately not be accepted. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your order number. All this should be sent to contact@nuvanaebynicole.co.uk with your first return request. There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable) - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - Any item that is returned more than 14 days after the returns period You can always contact us with any question regarding a return or exchange at contact@nuvanaebynicole.co.uk Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages & Issues
All orders are packed by hand with love and care by one of our in-house fragrance team and posted out via courier partners. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any of your items are defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it for you as soon as possible. If you have any issues please email us as soon as possible at contact@nuvanaebynicole.co.uk with your order number, receipt and any photos where we can assist you on the matter.
Exchanges
If you have ordered the wrong fragrance or products and wish to exchange it for the correct one, the fastest way to do this is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you are wishing to exchange any item, please contact us as soon as possible contact@nuvanaebynicole.co.uk Exchanges follow the same 14 day policy as returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
